Well yall I am having a real hard time with weight loss because I am so depressed and sad over my grandmothers death. Now this week I find out my great aunt is going die this week. Well I just wanted to let yall know what is going on.

With Death Comes Hard Times
Well I wanted to let you guys Know that I did so bad over the weekend. I was so sad and stressed out that I could have died. My Grandmother died last Wed. and I have been having a hard time with it. I will try to have a pod cast style type vid up sometime tomorrow. Thanks folks.
