2 Days 3 Salads, What?

Hello yall!!!!

Well This week I did something crazy. 2 days this week I had just salads for lunch and dinner. How weird seeing how I hate salads.

Ok this is what I did.
Tuesday I had Eggs, toast, grapes and juice for breakfast. Lunch well I will just say I slept thru lunch. (I have a hard time sleeping I will explain better in a different blog)
Dinner I cooked some cube steak in olive oil with some garlic, Creole, Cinnamon, salt and pepper. It was the bomb! I love to cook! Well I cut it up into little pieces and added it to my salad, talk about awesome that it was!!!!! Now my salads have no dressing and nothing added just veggies and meat. I had no snacks or anything that day. Which was good for me.

Wednesday I had no breakfast cause I slept past it. For lunch I just made me a fresh salad and added that leftover cube steak. It was EPIC again! Dinner I decided to have chicken so I used olive oil again and then I added some Greek seasoning and creole and talk about some awesome meat! Man it was good. I once again added it to my salad and it was ok, I think that I like beef better than chicken in my salad.

This coming up week I am going to to see about using pork in a salad. I think I can do 2 day healthy a week. It is a good start for me.
